Thank you for the DSL suggestion, but I've ruled that out.  First of all, I 
don't think it is available here, even though I am in a major city, and 
with my being away 3 months of the year, I would be paying for a service 
that I can not use.  I don't go online that much anyway, so the extra speed 
of DLS would really be of no value.
