1. Backup your data
2. Defrag the disk in Windows.
3. Resize the partition.  This is a high risk move.  Find a liveCD 
distribution which has gparted on it. Or use a Windows tool like 
Partition Magic or Ranish. 

Personally, I would avoid using qparted, and try gparted instead.  See 
this link: http://gparted.sourceforge.net/larry/resize/resizing.htm

As I said before, make sure your data is backed up.
