It's been a while since I've used RHEL, so I don't know if their
installer has the ability to resize NTFS or not. If it does, then that's
what you could use. If not the GParted Live CD works good with a small
(~25mb) download. There are other options of course like Knoppix, if you
want a bigger rescue toolkit at your disposal at the cost of a larger
download.
The steps consist of backing up important data, defragmenting the
existing partition to move most of the data to the beginning of the
partition and then resizing it down to give enough space for at least
one partition to hold the linux system and a swap partition.
