Are we talking a Windows install disk? That's unlikely because of
licensing. There is a free closed-source program called DriveImage XML
that will move the files from one drive/partition to another at a binary
level so that the installation is backed up.

That is one of the reasons I went to Linux. With limited amount of
re-installs for Vista, that is not for me. Doing programming everyday, I
need to be able to install the o/s as many times as I like.
