I don't know about your camera or skype, but mp3 playing, flash, and
video codecs can be gotten by enabling the non-free and contrib
repositories from within synaptic (or by editing /etc/apt/sources.list)
and by adding a mirror of www.debian-multimedia.org to your
/etc/apt/sources.list file.
