You first need to make room for the root-partitions of the new distros.
5 or 6 GB per distro should be enough.
Then install the first new distro, configure the bootloader so you can
boot into each of the Linux-distros and into windows.
Then repeat those steps with the third distro.
I am no good help when it comes to GRUB, so you might want to ask again
for details on that. My machines usually only have one distibution
installed.
I refuse to understand GRUB and still think they should just call it UB :)
