Wow!!!  Don't say that more memory doesn't help.  Today I increased my
measly 128 MB of RAM by another 256 MB and in both Windows and Linux,
the extra memory has added to the speed of the machine.

Programs such as Evolution and Firefox are noticeably faster, and the
largest program of them all, OpenOffice.org build 2.0.0.1, opens in more
than reasonable time.
