[LBo] Increasing font size in xwindows

Stefan,

Adding ServerArgsLocal=-dpi 96 to the [X-:*-Core] to 
the /opt/kde/share/config/kdm/kdmrc worked.  I had to work at it twice before 
I got it right.  It does increase the font size.  It not only works for 
runlevel 4 but it also works for runlevel 3.  Adding an alias to /etc/profile 
(The Slackware 10.2 doesn't create a .bashrc file) will also increase the the 
font size in runlevel 3 but not 5.  However with your solution that is not 
necessary.

Thank you, Stefan.  I have been searching around for a solution to this 
situation for more than a week.  You found it in a few hours.  I'm grateful.
