I'm not using roadrunner or Suse. I skimmed through the following two
articles which look helpful to me. dhcpcd is needed according to the
second article. This not the same as dhcpd. It also says that the login
program is not needed like it says in the first article. It looks like
it was required at one time and is no longer required.

Maybe someone can offer more than this. Someone with a Suse install
might be able to let us know if dhcpcd is running by default.
