I can't help solve the real problem of internet connection, but to get 
the text from a command in XP is the same as how it is done in Linux:

ipconfig /all  > windows-ipconfig.txt

That will produce a file named windows-ipconfig.txt containing the 
output.  Good idea on the screenshot; it got the message across.
