On linux, the following command does the trick:

wget -pkmw 3 http://linuxbasics.org/start

There are applications in windows that do the same thing, but I don't 
know their name, sorry.

(And please, don't everybody try this right away. It puts strain on the 
server and wikipages are not meant to be "frozen" anyway :)
