It is my understanding that it is wireless in general. Given enough time 
and the right toys (most of which are linux based) you can crack most 
any wireless system. If it is RF there is a way to crack it. If it 
transmits somebody somewhere has the toys that can "listen" to it.

I may be wrong, but this is what has been explained to me and articles I 
have seen in the past.
