[LBo] Second Chat Time for Course

Starting Today/Tomorrow (depending on the time zones - November 4th),
there will be a second chat available for the course, to accomodate
people who can't easily chat at 8pm UTC Sundays.

The chat will be held 11 a.m. UTC on Saturdays.  This is early morning
for America, and evening for Asia and Australia.

The location is the same, the #lbo channel on freenode (irc.freenode.net).

Hoping to see you drop in in great numbers.
