isn't that for SSL1 or SSL2   as opposed to meaning no ssl by using SSL=0

I have never allow my webmin to be accessible from anywhere than on the machine 
it was running on. Never from out in the internet. I'm not that sure of my 
ability to have all the security setting like they need to be.

Maybe I'm wrong here, but it sounds scary to me.
