No, runlevels are covered in Chapter 4.  I haven't got to this part of
the lesson yet.  I've been looking into the whole runlevel idea as it
pertains to the current Ubuntu which no longer has /etc/inittab.  So
far I have discovered how to get the current runlevel and where the
config files are for it, but that is not a part of this topic.

I think we will have to look into pushing that exercise up into
Chapter 4.  Thanks for pointing this out.
