[LBo] Chap 4 and /proc

Hi,

I was wondering why  dir. /proc does not have more prominence in a chapter on 
processes.
 I "googled" for some info and am now thinking is this topic a bit 
more "advanced" than a beginner's course ?
I certainly found some answers to why /proc files are 0 kb [ i.e. sets of 
pointers ] and why some text editors don't display the "file" info whilst cat 
does.
