I just discovered the course yesterday and got it together to
follow through.

While I'm not exactly a newbie to Linux, I don't get much chance
to use it regularly so I'm not very sharp on some of the issues.
Most of my work requires me to work with Windoze because that is
is what is deployed in most corporate environments.

My background is technical writing and information/network
security so I'm fairly conversant with the ideas but the
execution sometimes leaves much to be desired.

My goal is to move to a dual boot laptop for my work as I much
prefer the tool set available in Linux.

Best regards,

Security is lot like democracy - everyone's for it but
few understand that you have to work at it constantly.
