I have been trying to get my multimedia keys showkey -s shows the keys being depressed but not released. It's actually the volume up and volume down keys, however the mute works fine. I'm currently using slackware 11 with the 2.6.18 kernel but when i had ubuntu installed it worked flawlessly. any ideals?
