Thanks everyone for the responses on my Nautilus question.
You were all correct, in saying that I just needed to
click the "always open in browser windows". I changed that
setting, and it works just like I would expect it to now.
Oh, I have one other Nautilus related Q. I noticed that the
"look" of Nautilus in Ubuntu & Suse is different than in FC6
& PCLinuxOS. Is this due to a different version of Gnome
being installed, or perhaps a different version of Nautilus?
The version that is in Suse & Ubuntu seems a little easier to
navigate to me, as each directory that you drill down into causes
a "button" to get placed on the window that represents the
directory path. This makes it really easy to see where you
are in the filesystem path, and also makes it easy to go back
to one of the parent directories you came from. Also, its seems
the Ubuntu and Suse versions handle bookmarks a little nicer, as
they place a button on the sidebar for each "bookmarked" directory.
Thanks again for all of your help, I appreciate the quick
responses. :-)
