[LBo] Introduction

Hi everybody!

My name is Vidar, I am norwegian, but I live in Denmark. I am eager to 
follow this course, although I have used Linux since RedHat 6.0, when 
Gnome 1.0 became a part of the distribution. My computer experience goes 
back to 1982, when I bought a Sinclair ZX-81. Later I got a Dragon 32 
and an Amiga 500. I got my first PC in '97, but got tired of the ever 
unstable windows 9x'es, which is why i switched to Linux. (Corel had 
luckily released its WordPerfect 8 for Linux).
Now I use Mandriva, currently Free Edition 2006, which I like for its 
speed and wealthy control center, that makes it very easy to configure.

I work at our local hospital, as a nurse assistant. I go to school, 
where I study computer science.

I really look forward to learn more about Linux, which is why I have 
decided to join this course.
