[LBo] how to open chm file on Suse

Thank you all for your input. I will probably be trying out some other
distro than Suse to see how it goes.

Good morning Emem. Among the other things I hope to learn in class is a
better understanding of the issues you posed and how to use them. So far
in my Linux life I have simply learned to depend on and trust Synaptic
Program Manager. It does everything. I simply hear of a package or
program I want and SPM goes to the repositories and does everything
needed. But the program works and currently saves me a lot of grief and
I think hair pulling.
