Still no success here, but I have not given up.

I attempted to use Skype2Sip Uplink and it successfully locked up my 
machine almost every time uplink started up and when I resolved that I 
never did make a successful call with it so I canned that idea ... 
besides my FXO card came in so on to new adventures

I installed my new PCI FXO card and after creating an outbound route I 
was able to make a few calls. I then attempted to call into the TrixBox 
using my cell phone and that is when my troubles began. Now it appears 
that the phone line is being held 'open' continuously. The only way to 
use the phone is to disconnect the line from the card. I don't know if 
it is a configuration issue or hardware issue. Maybe over the next few 
days I will get an opportunity to investigate it further.
