[LBo] Another Virtualbox question

Following on from the other questions on virtualbox on here, if I have two separate physical HDDs, one with WinXP and the other with Linux and I want to run applications from the windows box, how would I set up the virtual hard drive?

Would I just set up the entire windows drive as virtual  in VBox , or just keep that as is and just set aside a section of space on my linux drive?
