Well, in fact there are two distinct parts. One part about installing 
and configuring MySQL (and Apache and PHP).

The other part (divided into two parts) is the link to sqlcourse.com, 
with my notes on how to work with it locally on a MySQL installation 
instead of using the online SQL interpreter.
