I read that they have gone to the likes of Red Hat, IBM etc.
No pledges back from them yet. Maybe waiting to see if the community is 
behind it?
I did a bit of searching having read the report that it was a scam - it 
appears that the two mentioned are to audit how the money is handled. 
Couldn't find any reference to a deeper involvement than that. They are 
both fairly well known.

It may just be a personal vendetta, as one has claimed.
It does sour it a bit though.
