[LBo] Ubuntu crashes on shutdown

Well, sort of. I know Ubuntu is very popular, but let me say - no troll 
intended - that it's also full of serious bugs. I'm in charge of a 
series of servers and clients in a network of eleven towns here in South 
France, and about a year ago, I tested many distros just to know what 
was the best candidate for a migration job. In terms of stability, 
Ubuntu came next-to-last (if you're curious: Mandriva was the last one).
