[LBo] Setup grub to boot off external harddisk

Hi,

I currently have my system set up as dual boot with xp home on one drive and
ubuntu linux on the other, with grub as bootloader installed in the mbr of
the windows disk.

What I want to do is to utilise both internal disks as linux, and an
external with windows on it.  How would I go about setting up grub to do
this without causing any of my operating systems to stop booting ?
