[LBo] Viewing PC on separate sub-net...

I'm having a problem accessing a PC on a separate sub-net on my home
network. Here's how it's setup:

Modem (192.168.1.1)
    |
    |
Router (192.168.2.1) --> House PC (192.168.2.100)
    |
    |
Linux Box in Radio Room (192.168.2.101, Gateway NIC 192.168.3.1)
    |
    |
Windows PC in Radio Room (192.168.3.100)

I tried having the gateway NIC in the Linux box and the Windows PC all
on the same subnet with everything else, but then the Windows PC
couldn't access the network. The only way I could get it to work was by
putting it all on a separate subnet.

Now the only way I can access files or VNC the Windows PC from the house
is if I boot into Linux on the house PC, do a remote X session to the
Linux box, then VNC the windows computer. This is a bit time consuming.

What do I need to change so everything can see everything else? I was
told to change the subnet to 255.255.0.0 on the two windows computers,
but that didn't do anything.

More info, if it helps:

All the PCs have static IP addresses. The house PC and the Linux box
use the router as the gateway, and the radio room windows PC uses the
gateway NIC as the gateway. The gateway NIC uses the router as it's
gateway.

I'm stumped. Anyone know what I'm not doing right?

Thanks!
Rob
