Yes, you can.

The GPL assures certain rights, among which there is the right to use 
without restriction. Also, the _output_ of GPL-programs is not under the 
GPL itself: You can use gcc to compile a proprietary programm, and you 
can use Drupal or Joomla to generate content that you sell.

You could even _sell_ GPL programs for money, but you could _not_ forbid 
the buyer to give the programs away.
