Sometimes it is as simple as they don't know any better or just really
don't care. Someone asked an opinion on their website yesterday. I went
to visit it and nothing showed up. They said that it takes the latest
version of flash and a link to download it (although the link he gave
was to download the windows version of shockwave) like anyone who didn't
have it must not know where to get it. My reply was that just because it
is available as a free download doesn't mean that people can download
it, want to download it, or will download it. That solidifies the point.
Some people just don't care or have a clue.
