[LBo] Grub wont come up

I'm running Debian, the partition I used is PartitionMagic.
I assume I need to come up with Live CD and install Grub. What I do not know
which Live CD and how exactly I do it?
I found live cd from Debian (casper) but I do not know its root , and how
exactly I should reinstall GRUB on my real hard Disk ?
