Ok, I reread your info again, and windows appears to be on the only 
primary partition.  Which probably means nothing at this point.  I'm 
just surprised an install where the os is allowed to make partitioning 
decisions, would make this config.  Anyway, someone familiar with dual 
booting windows could probably tell you if boot.ini is counting like 
fdisk.  Or if it expects to find windows at partition 4 or 5.  Since it 
appears to now be the last partition on the disk.
