May I ask why you'd want to do that?

   * If you want to install the live-CD to your harddrive, they usually 
have an istaller which does just that.
   * If you want to extract files from the live-cd, you can mount the 
ISO and copy them
   * If you want to save blank-cds, you might as well use one CD-RW and 
reuse it with the next version

The only case I could imagine is:

   * If you don't have a cd-writer.

But then you will probably need to have a friend burn you one or order 
it via mail.

PS: As Billy mentioned: You can use it to start a virtual machine in VMware.
