[LBo] XP in vmware on Ubuntu

During our #LBo chat yesterday we mentioned running XP as a virtual guest OS. We 
mentioned both VMmare and VirtualBox. At one point the legality of this was 
questioned. Today I found links from SearchEnterpriseLinux.com in my mailbox. 
this one has a Screencast of the install and in the first few frames it is 
mentioned that this is totally legal but you still need to have the paid for 
your xp and enter the actual registration code key.
