Jackson,
I use Evolution in Linux and Thunderbird and Eudora in Windows and have,
as Anita suggested, the setting for email to remain on the server for
later erasure.
I setup with my ISP a few email addresses:
hrosen33 at dialup4less.com
hrosenlnx at dialup4less.com
My Evolution receives email for both addresses, so in Windows email tool
I simply forward email to the 2nd address and it is then available in
Evolution.
God luck,
Howard
