doesn't your isp's mail server recognize it is dealing with a mail server rather 
than an individual. and so the isps mail server will not negotiate with your 
imap server thinking someone is trying to do a mail relay (not sure if that is 
the correct term) but there is something like that that is how spammers use open 
mail servers to disguise their evil ways?
