from my isp's Prohibited Uses list:
operate a server in connection with the Services, including FTP, IRC, SMTP, POP,
HTTP, SOCKS, SQUID, DNS or any multi-user forums
so if/when they scan for certain ports open that are for any of the above
services, I could be looking for another isp, not by choice, right?
