[LBo] How to kill ipp

I recently tried to setup a network printer connecting my laptop with my desktop.  It printed a lot of backed up jobs from my laptop and then it didn't work anymore.  

My question:
When I 'netstat -pat' I see a lot of open connections (waiting) to my laptop.  How can I kill (close) them?
