[LBo] Can't access Network Process Manager or Services in Xubuntu?

Hello Troy:
Thanks for the information, however, I reformatted my hard drive and
reinstalled xubuntu. I'm not sure what happened, but I will not be
going back into the Services area for a while. I have been it the
Network area to try some changes and everything, including my password
entry is OK.
