I think I found the solution to this problem. When I'm coping the files
from the compact flash card to the PC, the permissions are set to allow only
the user rwx permissions. If I can change the settings in the file that
assigns the permissions to the compact flash card, I should be able to have
the files copied to the PC with the desired permissions. When can I find
the file that assigns permissions to removable media?
Also, I've yet to figure out why some pictures do not display the picture
itself as the icon, but display the generic .jpg icon. Any ideas?
Thanks,
