In the above link it shows how to run Updates at the bottom. Be sure
you do this to get fixes, especially security fixes. You should do this
about once a week. Did you update yet?
If Ubuntu runs better, maybe you should stick with that. If you go to
Puppy, you will not find as much help as you note. I'm not sure how
many here on this list use it and could help you. I would try the Puppy
Linux Forum first. On the Community page there seems to be quite a few
links for help. That way you can learn the "Puppy" way.
