[LBo] Dialup ISP

My ISP provider, Highstream.net, has sold their ISP business,
Highstream.net to PeoplePC.  I have the choice of going with the new
provider or shopping around for a different provider.

I have installed the PeoplePc's software on the Windows side of the
machine and it works very nicely.  PeoplePc has informed me that their
software is stricly for Windows users - not Mac, not Linux.  I spent all
of yesterday trying to bypass their software in Linux and see if I could
dial into them, without a hint of success.

Please don't tell me to switch to DSL or CABLE as that does not fit into
my needs, which are an ISP that can be dialed into wherever I am in the
US - mostly Pennsylvania and Florida.  The speeds that DSL and CABLE
offer are of no interest to me.

I'm asking for suggestions.
