The laptop is interesting, but personaly i wouldn`t
buy it.

For the past 3 months i have an Asus A6kt Q082 and i`m
quite happy with it. There are just 2 things i would
upgrade:

Memory - it has 1 GB DDR 333 and i would like 2 GB
DDR 2 667,

processor - it has Thurion 1,8 GHz MK 36, and i would
like thurion X2 now :)

Since i bought it i dont have any complains. It works
perfectly, and i can even play games when i`m in the
mood(Ati X1600 mobility as video).

Now i have Win XP, and Fedora Core 6(xgl enabled) as
OS.

My sugestion, consider for what your laptop whould be:

 - if you need to travel a lot or your job is on the
field buy a laptop with a baterie that wont dry out in
1 our.

- if its mainly for your desk .. take something with a
bit more power.

AND NO, if you have Dual CORE at 1,66 GHz you wont
have same power as 1 processor at 3,2 GHz.

a second processor at the same speed give around 50%
more processing power since it has to sincronize with
the first processor.
