Hi Anita,

The Gazelle is a good bet, but (I'll put on my flame retardant 
suit now) a better bet is actually the 13" Mac with 2 gig of ram, 
a 120 gig drive and then set it up for dual boot. If you are a 
real bear for multiboot, then get the 200 gig drive and make it a 
triple boot, Mac, Linux, and XP. A number of tutorials are out 
and about triple booting Macs.

For us security types it makes sense, but the odd thing is you 
get very funny looks from businesses you consult with if you 
bring out a Mac. They think you aren't serious. Then their eyes 
open pretty wide when you boot Windoze!
