I updated the bios a couple of weeks ago when it was still functional.
It was 6 or more versions out of date.  That worked.  My problem now
is I can't get past what I would call a splash screen.  And I am
automatically forced to attempt to enter the setup utility.  But I
cannot.  Apparently a password is needed.  So I'm thinking maybe dsl-n
somehow freaked out the eeprom when I closed the lid to test suspend.
I was hoping someone had stumbled into a similar situation at some time
and tell me what they did to fix.  Maybe I need to find a list of
default passwords!
