My server act as my web server, internal only not public. When I develop web 
sites, I upload them to web server from my main box (linux) and then view 
them on my network from my other linux and MS boxes on my network to ensure 
that they look\work ok. What I want to do then is when the pages etc. 
look\work ok I want to upload them from my web server to my hosting site, 
rather than uploading them from my work box.
