[LBo] Server alive and well again

Hello again,

so, the server is running well again.
It took longer than I planed, because of an error during the first round
of upgrades. I had to restore from backup and start over again.

This update has fixed the problem we had with signed utf-8 mail which
caused the digests and archives to be garbled.

If anybody is experienceing problems with the site, the mailing-list or
the blog, please tell us.

Thanks you for your patience,

Stefan
