the chat will still be at 2000UTC
*BUT*
with the stateside change from Daylight Savings Times to Standard Time
the good old: spring forward, fall back  thing

that means if you use to meet at 4PM EDT, it will now be 3PM EST
if you use to meet at 1PM PDT, the chat will now be at 10PM PST
