[LBo] Limit CPU usage with Folding at Home on Laptop

I had the question on chat today of how to limit the amount of cpu used 
with Folding at Home on my laptop.  I wanted to do this, because the fan 
was running too much when Folding used 100% of the CPU.  cpulimit was 
the answer.  I added a bit about this on the Folding at Home page:

Thanks to the folks on chat who helped me think this through and 
research the problem.
