[LBo] Compilation problem

Hi Everyone, i really need your help, i finally got an NIDS application,
but i have failed to get it to install, can anyone please help me here.
Below is the error i get whenever i try.

I downloaded all the files in source form, but i can't get them to work.
i read the README, AND INSTALL but it nothing of what i read work.
